The National Geographic Channel was exploited to promote Palestinian Propaganda.

It is an honest and direct letter which you might want to send to the above as well.  Let National Geographic know that misrepresentation of information is political propaganda and offensive and perhaps actionable.  CAMERA and HONEST REPORTING are being notified.  Perhaps other organizations should be put on notice-If any of you have recourse to the FCC, they should be notified.

The National Geographic Channel was exploited to Promote Palestinian Propaganda on 12.14.2004. To all people of good will who are well informed about the FACTS as they relate to the conflict in the Middle East, the “documentary” titled “Female Suicide Bombers”, which was produced by and aired on the “National Geographic Channel”, was VERY DISTURBING.

Very interestingly the photographer used a classical way of sending subliminal messages of deception by filming the interview with one of the woman in front of a large graffiti, which was clearly planted for this type of abuse, equating the Star of David to the Nazi Swastika. This clip was shown repeatedly to make sure that the viewers see it.

The documentary elaborated about the suicide bombers around the world.

Upon discussing the suicide bombers in the Middle East the Israelis were constantly accused of being the occupiers who caused the despair of the Palestinians, when the truth is that the problem there is related to a disputed land and NOT to an occupied land. The Palestinians rejected several generous solutions which were offered to them. One of the most recent offers came from President Clinton and the Israeli Prime Minister Barak in the year 2000. This conflict was kept alive by corrupt leaders who squandered the wealth of their own people, by vicious incitement and by constant brain washing of the deprived Palestinian population which brought despair and justified indiscriminate terrorism. The rest of the world too, is manipulated by a well funded propaganda machine which is supported by similarly corrupt and self serving masters of terrorism and deception.

The documentary showed destruction of buildings but failed to stress the facts that these places were used by terrorist for a variety of violent anti Israeli activities which included shooting at Israelis, smuggling weapons and training suicide-homicide bombers.

I hope that the Producers Scott Bronstein, Neil Barrett and Clare Nolan, the Editor Andrea Barrick and the Narrator Lisa Ling made an honest mistake by airing this documentary with the previously mentioned inaccuracies. For the sake of understanding the real dangers for peace in our world today, they should review this documentary and make a few corrections that will help the future viewers in getting a better picture of the real causes that nurture the fertile ground for terror.

Ultimately the corrections will reestablish trust in the National Geographic Channel, will draw the attention of people of good will to the real causes of terror and facilitate formulating solutions that will benefit the entire world.
